Use this page to install RustDesk configured for the Autonomy ICT support server.
Server: remote.autonomyict.com.au
Key: oT+pZtSc+DHijhzl9+61U9K7HW772rDEA4SMaP9kMhs=
.exe.macOS cannot use the filename trick, so use the script below. It installs RustDesk, writes the Autonomy ICT server config into your macOS RustDesk profile, then opens RustDesk.
cd ~/Downloads curl -O https://remote.autonomyict.com.au/install-rustdesk-macos.sh chmod +x install-rustdesk-macos.sh sudo ./install-rustdesk-macos.sh
Download macOS install/config script
If the fields are still blank: close the ID/Relay popup and reopen it. The script should print verification lines for ID Server, Relay Server, and Key.
If you prefer manual install: Apple Silicon DMG / Intel DMG, then manually set ID Server/Relay to remote.autonomyict.com.au and Key as above.
Linux cannot use the filename trick, so use the script below. It writes the Autonomy ICT server config into your Linux RustDesk profile. It supports Debian/Ubuntu and Fedora/RHEL-like systems.
cd ~/Downloads chmod +x install-rustdesk-linux.sh sudo ./install-rustdesk-linux.sh
Download Linux install/config script
If the fields are still blank: quit RustDesk completely and run the script again, then reopen Settings → Network.
Manual downloads: x86_64 .deb / x86_64 AppImage. Manual installs still need server config applied afterwards.
If RustDesk is already installed, open Settings → Network → ID/Relay Server and enter:
ID Server: remote.autonomyict.com.au Relay Server: remote.autonomyict.com.au API Server: leave blank Key: oT+pZtSc+DHijhzl9+61U9K7HW772rDEA4SMaP9kMhs=
